• ​Prices are in Euros per week, usually from Saturday to Saturday, however we can be flexible on changeover dates subject to availability.​

• Minimum stay of 4 nights.

• The property is rented out as a whole unit, so you will have private and exclusive use of the Palazzo and its grounds.

• ​​The price includes electricity, gas for hot water and cooking, wifi access, use of hot tub, linen, bath & pool towels.

• ​There is a small cleaning fee of €50 per booking. Additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay for €40 .​

• For parties of 5 or more guests, there is a charge of EUR 6 per person per night.

• Central Heating during colder months.

• Your booking is confirmed on receipt of a​ deposit of 30% payable via bank transfer. This must be received within five (5) working days of booking.

• ​​The remaining balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) before your holiday, or can be paid upon arrival only by prior mutual agreement.​​

• A returnable security/damage deposit of €300 payable in cash is due on arrival. The security/damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent, but is fully refundable provided no damage is done to the property or any of its contents.

• In the case of cancellation there will be charges depending on the timing:  Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or €100, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit of 30%. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent and these will be fully explained in your booking form before you commit to the booking.

Tourist Tax:

Please note that we are legally obliged to collect the following Tourist Tax on behalf of the Government:

EUR 2,00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights.

Children under the age of 10 are excluded.
